This would involve Myles Pang coming to your place of business and personally
putting your staff through the testing and reviewing the results and their significance,
working with your staff in lectures and put them through their paces on the drills
to bring home the principles.

You then provide this group code to your employees and have them go to: http://www.cssurvival.com/survey.html and enter
in the group code and fill in the short survey. They do not have to provide their
name. Allowing anonymity for your employees will encourage more candid answers.
Eliciting their candid answers is important for you to discover the truth about how they feel.
The results of the tests will be sent to you.
Then have them all read the book. It is a small book that can be read in an evening and usually is!
Then, 2-4 weeks later have them do the test again and see the results for yourself.
