What do I do Next?


Now that you have an interest in my approach or have read the book and would like to take another step towards implementing these principles in your organization, there are three levels of service that you can take advantage of:

Free Testing Program

This would involve Myles Pang coming to your place of business and personally putting your staff through the testing and reviewing the results and their significance, working with your staff in lectures and put them through their paces on the drills to bring home the principles.

Free Testing Program:

Take advantage of our free testing. You will likely find the results to be very enlightening.

You then provide this group code to your employees and have them go to:
http://www.cssurvival.com/survey.html and enter in the group code and fill in the short survey. They do not have to provide their name. Allowing anonymity for your employees will encourage more candid answers. Eliciting their candid answers is important for you to discover the truth about how they feel. The results of the tests will be sent to you.

Then have them all read the book. It is a small book that can be read in an evening and usually is! Then, 2-4 weeks later have them do the test again and see the results for yourself.

We offer this free service both because we are confident in the materials of the book and in the results attainable from application of these materials and because we feel that any improvement to customer service even if just from reviewing these test results is a benefit to organizations, quality of life for employees and to business viability.

Consulting:

Myles Pang is available for corporate consultation designed to identify the areas of customer service in your organization that need improvement.

All consultations will include testing of customer service staff to determine which of the points of Customer Service: How to Survive it are "out" with each staff member.

Once these areas of difficulty are identified, each customer service staff member will be in a better position to avail themselves of the material in the book and in the drills.

Myles will then work with the staff using lectures and drills on the materials of the book to bring about a lasting and noticeable change in the customer service climate of your organization.
